Summary: The property is excellent. Feels like a rainforest. Serene and clean. Art Deco style. but was annoyed by the many hidden charges. There was a resort fee added; however, the hotel is not a resort.

Summary: Beautiful and unique hotel conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. Loved the roof top pool! Super friendly staff. The rooms were cool but a little dark. Could use more lighting around the beds.

Summary: Bed was really comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly once slight problem at check in was resolved (Hotel said that the room we had booked was not available and blamed Hotels.com for offering the room when none were available - we pointed out the the Hotel had been emailing us for a month and never mentioned any problem - eventually resolved and not sure but think we were upgraded). Breakfast was a bit disappointing for a Hotel if this grade far better alternatives close by! Room was comfortable but very dark decoration, which was a little depressing. Nice gym and swimming pool. Great location close to loads of restaurants and a few nice shops.

Summary: Beautiful clean hotel in a great area. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The amenities were also great. Our only complaint was that housekeeping did not clean our room for two days and we didn’t have the do not disturb sign on the door. We had to call the front desk for new towels.

Summary: Staff was top-notch — 10 out of 10. Really liked the hotel overall. Only issue was the A/C in my 2-bedroom suite wasn’t working right, so I had to switch rooms. Ended up in a smaller one, which was a letdown. Still, solid place and great service.
